I’ve notched yet another cover! I must admit, after all these years and other covers under my belt , I still get tickled pink when I score one.  I was very lucky that my very first gig ever was in fact a cover, so I can’t help but get a little misty eyed when I see myself grace another.  Up until I saw myself that first time on the newstand, I still perceived myself to be  that flat-chested nerd w/ braces….Well, things have changed! I lost the braces.

PS: Unbeknownst to me intially, I was in regal company with fellow model Carol (Miss Asia USA 2006 & Miss San Francisco 2007), Lisa M (Miss Asia USA 2007 & Miss Little Saigon 2008) & Ying (Ford Models).  They got to wear some lovely frocks by fashion designer Isidoro Tabarez. I would have worn one but they didn’t have my size, much to my dismay. Despite the holiday theme, it was 100 degrees that day & we were sweating bullets on the shoot and in the clothes.
